Commendation and Complaints
Please use the links below to file a commendation or complaint about the service or response from a UMD Police Officer. At times you may be compelled to bring the work of an officer to the attention of the department or may have a question or concern about how a call for service was handled. The online commendation form is currently for use by UMD faculty, staff, and students as they must be logged in to use them. The commendation and complaint forms are also in pdf format please fill them out and submit them by email to [email protected] or in person at 287 Darland Administration Building 1049 University Dr. Duluth, MN 55812.
